H by Hine is the house's VSOP Cognac offering. This expression maintains the house style of a powerful yet elegant Cognac, yet is one which still works as a mixer, in keeping with the quality level. A young, 'whimsical' spirit, this has notes of apricot, acacia, iris and white pepper. Works very well both neat and with tonic - try it as Hine suggest and serve frozen with sashimi.
